Care:
- For minor cleaning wipe the insert down with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe and leave to dry
- For thorough cleaning, the insert can be machine washed
– remove the change mat and place inside a wash bag on a gentle/hand wash cycle on cold with a tiny amount of laundry powder
– hang up to dry for a day or two

Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
