The patented Postpartum Brief is uniquely designed to be worn with the Bare Mum Warm and Cool Insert (available separately). Slide the insert into the brief’s front opening and place it over the site of a c-section or slide it down the widened gusset, over the perineal area.

The briefs can also be worn to assist with pelvic pain, swelling, haemorrhoids, vulvar varicosities, prolapse, and PMS.

Sizing:

Bare Mum sizing is based on standard Australian maternity sizing.

As a general rule, your postpartum measurements will resemble those in the second trimester. If you wear a Medium in your maternity pants or tops, Bare Mum recommend you purchase a Medium Support Brief. If you’re between sizes, they recommend going with the smaller of the two sizes as the garment is very stretchy.

• XS     – size 2 to 4
• S        – size 6 to 8
• M       – size 10 to 12
• L        – size 14 to 16
• XL     – size 18 to 20
• XXL  – size 22
